We are a growing psychotherapy practice located in west Ottawa, supporting children, teens, adults, couples, and families across the lifespan. Our team includes experienced therapists with diverse lenses on therapy, including somatic, psychodynamic, and mindfulness-based approaches. We are also deeply committed to supporting relationships, parents and children, neurodivergent clients, 2SLGBTQIA+ communities, and individuals navigating complex trauma.

Who We're Looking For
We welcome applications from psychotherapists, social workers, and psychologists who are:
Passionate about trauma-informed, client-centred work
Actively engaged in ongoing learning and reflective practice
Aligned with our integrative lens—including somatic, relational, and mindfulness-based approaches
Seeking a long-term professional home where they can grow and contribute meaningfully
We are especially interested in hearing from clinicians with experience or interest in:
Working with children, teens, or families
Supporting neurodivergent clients (including autism, giftedness, twice-exceptional, and ADHD)
Providing couples therapy from an attachment or EFT perspective
Offering gender-affirming care

We are currently accepting expressions of interest for the following roles:
Registered Psychotherapist or Social Worker – Children, Teens/Youth & Families
Couples Therapist (Registered Professional)
Psychotherapist with Neurodiversity-Affirming Lens
These positions are contract-based, part-time to full-time, and hybrid (both in person in our west Ottawa location with some virtual clients from home).
