My Approach
Whether you are looking for support with a specific mental health challenge, feeling stuck in life, or just not like yourself, I aim to collaboratively support you during these times.
These challenges can significantly impact our sense of well-being and create a great deal of stress in our lives. I am committed to working with individuals and families and supporting them through difficult periods to the other side. I will incorporate a variety of therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy, attachment theory, Solution Focused, as well as art and play therapy.
I strive to create a warm and non-judgemental environment that allows you to feel comfortable exploring the issues you are struggling with so we can work together to resolve them.
Outside of work, I try to be in nature as much as I can! I’m also a huge fan of yoga and the mindfulness practices it brings. Quality time for me includes lots of time with family and friends and lots of reading. I’m always open to more book recommendations, and this will certainly be incorporated into our sessions if you’re a reader!
